Welcome back! Please see our summer term timetable below. Key information, including PE days can be found below.

Day-to-Day Information

Arrival and Pick up

Drop off is at 9am and collection at 3:20pm.  Please arrive through the playground double gates and wait in the queue remembering to socially distance.

Uniform Days

We know it can be a little confusing, so here is a list:

Monday - school

Tuesday - school

Wednesday - PE

Thursday - school

Friday - Frogmore

Frogmore

Forest School sessions will continue every Friday morning.

PE 

PE this term will be on a Wednesday afternoons (invasion games) and will take place outside where possible.  Please ensure your child wears PE kit to school.

Book Bags

Please ensure book bags and reading records are brought in every day.  The children are asked for them each morning, so we can keep track of their reading and make sure they change their books when they have finished.  New books and reading records will be distributed ASAP.

Water Bottles

Named water bottles must be brought in each day please as this ensure children stay hydrated!  The water fountain is currently out of use due to COVID safety.  Thank you.

Homework

Homework will go home on a Wednesday and is due back in on a Monday.  Children will receive either a piece of English or Maths each week.  They are not expected to spend more than 30 minutes on their homework.  Please comment in your child's book, if they found any aspect of it difficult.  Spellings will also be sent home each week to learn ready for a spelling test on Monday morning.

Year 2 SATS cancelled for 2021

As you will have heard on the news, all SATS for 2021 have been cancelled.  This means we will be assessing children internally, as we do for the rest of the year.  Information on your child's progress will be available at parents' evening and in the end of year school report.
